Stephen's 23rd

This post is definitely long overdue. We had so much fun on Stephen's birthday. I made him some delicious waffles (dad's recipe) with strawberries and whipped cream.

After breakfast we hung out for a while and then went to play frisbee golf. The first course we went to was up by Rock Canyon Park in Provo. This course was terrible. We had to throw our frisbees through tons of brush and the baskets were impossible to find. We finally gave up and decided to go to a different course. I don't remember what it was called, but it was so much better. It was in a pretty park and was over a lot of open space.

Stephen of course won....but I'm not as strong as him... right??

After our frisbee golf excursion, we went and got our nails done. Stephen of course probably wouldn't mention this to anybody, though he did enjoy it.

Stephen has been working on his car and we got him a few things for it for his birthday (that will be another post). The new 2011 WRX came out so we went and took a test drive before dinner. Stephen had so much fun and was convinced that he needed the new car. :)

Then we went to Johnny Carino's for dinner! We were trying to get a little bit of Italian into our life since Somers has been hogging it all. ha. Stephen liked the Johnny Carino's we went to in Texas after getting my endowments, and so he was excited to go. The food was as good as ever! yummy!

We hung out with some friends after dinner. Overall it was a great day!
